Stuff
1 cup sifter all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Stuff to do
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
3. In a mixing bowl, sift the flour with the cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
5. Make a deep hole in the center of the dry ingredients.
6. Pour the liquid ingredients into the hole.
7. Stir until smooth.
8. Fill the muffin cups two-thirds full.
9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Makes 12 muffins.
